What is an unconditionally stable Ampflifier?

An unconditionally stable Amplifier will not generate signals by itself for any load and source.
An Amplifier’s stability is calculated from its’ S-parameters and called K-factor.
Unconditional stability in an amplifier occurs when K>=1
